Fresh Look

Post date: Oct 20, 2013 5:31:04 PM

Special THANKS to the volunteers, Mike Bennett, Todd Herzog, David Chevess, Keith Blakely, and Derrick Jansen, that laid down 14 yards of fresh mulch and trimmed the trees in the medians at the Frank Scott Parkway entrance. And a big THANKS to Chris Lembke for providing the trailer to make it all come together. Over 20 man hours were spent giving our main entrance a fresh look. This project had been planned and delayed on several earlier dates. The primary delay was waiting on the transfer of ownership of the property to the HOA which occurred in August. Other delays included scheduling material and selecting a convenient date for the work to be done.

We all owe our thanks to the volunteers who gave up their free time to help improve the neighborhood. It is through their efforts that we are able to keep our overall costs down and keep our neighborhood assessment fees Reasonable.

If you would like to volunteer to help on any future small projects please send your name and contact information to Mike Bennett at president@stonefieldcrossing.org . All volunteers will be added to a list and contacted prior to any future projects.
