The Annual Homeowners Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 7th at 6:30 PM in the Fireside Hall at the New Horizon Life Center, 4180 Smelting Works Rd, Swansea, IL 62226. This is the same location that the meeting was held in October 2013. The meeting agenda is attached to this announcement. This year, according to the agenda, only revisions to the Covenants & Restrictions will require a vote from the homeowners. A summary of the revisions are also an attachment to this announcement, that can either be viewed or downloaded to your computer using the same procure outlined in the above paragraph.
