Good Housekeeping Reminder

The Stonefield Crossing Covenants and Restrictions have been set in place for several reasons, one of those being to enhance and protect the value of homes within our subdivision. With that said, the Board of Directors wants to convey several HOA restrictions that they feel warrant a reminder.Homeowners are responsible to ensure that litter, refuse or other unsightly material hasn't accumulated on the property.

Parking vehicles on the street is only for temporary conditions, and if a vehicle is parked on the street it must be directly in front of the owners property.

On trash collection days the containers should be removed from the curb as soon as possible on the same day as pickup.

Recreational equipment (e.g. swing set, playground equipment) must be located in the back yard of the residence. A basketball pole with backboard is permitted next to the driveway as long as it doesn't block the sidewalk.

Upkeep of the mailbox is the responsibility of the homeowner.
